Some Run Marathons

I don't.

Instead I take trips with four kids round the world and live to tell about it.

Wow. It might be a long time before I can make myself get on another plane.

But it was worth it.

It's great to be with family again.

Safe and Sound,
Kara

P.S.We'd love to see you! Our parents are hosting an open house on June 18--you are invited, please come.

DETAILS HERE
Please join us at a 'welcome home' open house for the Dedert family at the Zevenbergen's house. A picnic dinner will be provided, so come to say hello and enjoy the fellowship. We'd also like to use this dinner as a fundraiser for baby Calvin's therapy. Everyone welcome-we look forward to seeing you! Friday, June 18 from 6-9 pm at 4440 Leonard NE.

Sooo glad you made it safe! I can only imagine what your trip was like. Too bad MI is 12 hours away, or I'd be there next Friday. Praying that this time surrounded by family will be an encouragement to you.
Love Mary

I can imagine it feels like a marathon flying with 4 kids! So glad you made it back safely. Looking at your blog, I was excited to see "Zevenbergen." My grandma was a Zevenbergen! I know the family name is widespread, but still exciting to read a familiar name. Enjoy your time with family!

Good to hear you arrived safely Kara. I can imagine those three bigger munchkins didn't enjoy being tied into seats for that long trip. I'll miss you while you are away, but look forward to seeing you back in Cambodia in God's time.
