Sophie and her baby are ready to go on a walk through the neighborhood with mommy.

There are still many dirt roads in the capital city. When Steve and Jill arrived here 7 years ago there were no paved roads. It is difficult to drive on the dirt roads in the rainy season. The roads are full of huge potholes and some become mini lakes because of the rain.

This is a busy road in the city. Seven years ago there were no cars here, but now they are very common and seen everywhere. Most people still travel by motos.

This is the road we take to the school. It has a nice cafe and little shop alongside of it. Occassionally we stop in for a cup of coffee or some hot noodles.
